Like HD for TV

If you bought a higher number (like 400), when the light hit it, the chemicals processed faster, resulting in a sharper image. I'm not sure how this one works but this "Extreme" is comparable to that. They have "ultra" & others but "extreme" is great, especially for capturing moving objects.
