Lots of storage space and it was for a great price when I purchased

I love this new card. It has a lot of space. With my camera it holds up to 4000 pictures (with no video). I know that seems like a lot to some people, but I'm a shutter bug. I've been known to take up to 1,500 pictures on vacation. Plus I'm starting a photography business so I need the extra space. My old card would only hold 1000 pictures ( with no video). It's extremely annoying when you miss the perfect shot because you have to change out cards. This card has never slowed me down when I'm taking pictures. They process very quickly in in the highest shutter speed. Not once have I had to wait for processing before taking another picture, even in high resolution areas. Normally I never would've spent so much money on a memory card, but it was on sale after thanksgiving. If I need another one I will gladly pay full price. This is a great memory card and worth every penny for those how take a lot of picture or someone who needs the speed. (Like when you're photographing children, because they never sit still long and it's very easy to miss the shot you want. Plus if you use a high shutter speed you can get the shot even if they are wiggling around.) Plus it easily transfers the photos to my computer with very little delay.

Using with Nikon D 550. Very fast. Good for pictures and movies

I use two of these in my Nikon D750 to shoot raw format auto racing. The second is the back up for the first. Have yet to need to use the back up. I've always used Sandisk as my primary card and the Extreme cards over the Ultra as they seem to work better for clearing the camera's cache when shooting a burst, like when a car spins right in front of you.

I photograph snowmobile races sometimes and this card is fast and has ample room for thousands of photos. Love these cards and inexpensive enough you could even just leave your photos on it for storage.

A lot of storage for video and stills. Reads and writes fast

when we purchased the rx100 iv, we thought that the sd card that came with the purchase would be fully compatible with the camera and we would be able to utilize it to the fullest capabilities. the rx100 iv has a super high frame rate mode which lets you shoot slow mo and also 4k video recording. these are awesome features but they take up a lot of data and need a lot of space on the card. this card definitely has plenty of speed for that, but doesnt work for those features. the sd cards to enable those modes must be at least 64gb in size, and so we were never able to use the rx100iv to its full potential. keep that in mind when getting packaged sd cards with your purchase

I'm new to photography, but this 32GB is more than I will probably ever need. Then again, I am fairly quick to put anything on portable drives onto computer hard drives when I'm given the opportunity. Even so, this is a great amount of space for those starting out in photography and I would highly recommend!

I've been using the SanDisk 32gb Extreme SDHC cards for some time in the backup slot of my primary DSLR. Recently purchased a Canon 6d and wanted fast and reliable storage for both photos and video. This Extreme Plus card provides just that. Fast transfer rates and smooth video in a large capacity, reliable card. What more could you want?

Is great for traveling and keeping a copy of your photos.

We have a Canon Power Shot SX280 HS Full HD camera purchased December 2013. The largest SD card we've used for this camera is a SanDisk "SD" 16GB memory card. I’m not very camera savvy and was a bit reluctant to try a 32GB along with "Extreme Plus SDHC UHS-1" in the product name/description. The Best Buy camera associate assured me that my camera would accept and function just fine, which it does! Phew! After shooting a photo, I’ve noticed our camera doesn’t seem to give the “Busy” message prior to hitting “Display” to view the photo. Downloading photos onto our computer seemed faster. Those are the only functions we have used; not certain how video will do. At this writing we are very satisfied and recommend this product. “Happy Trails…”
