Fast and large storage for my Nikon DSLR, 8k of 4,000 x 6,000 pixel still frames. Did not require formatting. Video crisp and clear.

Best SD Cards

I've used the Sandisk Extreme SD cards for several years now. I cannot find a better or more durable SD card for the price than the Sandisk Extreme product line. I shoot thousands of photos every month. I also shoot a lot of 1080p video with professional camcorders as well as HD video on some of my high-end cameras. I am happy the 64G SD Csrds are more reasonable in price. I am soon upgrading a few camcorders that shoot 4K (64G cards should take care of it).
You can't beat Best Buy for price and service!

Don't think there is much to review on a memory card. The capacity is obvious 32g, 64g, etc... the driving factor behind these memory cards are really the read and write speed. Keep in mind the read and write speed limitation of your equipment. If your equipment is writing at 30-40 MBs you probably dont need a memory card this fast. Its like buying a Lamborghini to drive it in a neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 mph. Besides that, this product is working as described. I bought it for a digital camera - transfer from camera to card is excellent (writing to memory card when taking pictures & recording videos). I cannot comment on transfer from camera to computer or card to computer as i don't have a card reader on my computer (ordered an external one - not here yet) as for camera to pc - the software limitations on the camera is slow - which is not the fault of this Memory card. But the read/write speed of the camera does reflect good performance from this chip. As, a matter of fact, I bought them on sale and regret buying only 2. I should've bought 6-8 of these babies!!

Bigger Memory for Large format photos

I always look at whats on sale at Best Buy for memory. I shoot photos and prefer to use Raw and jpeg files for those photos that I am shooting that I may plan on reproducing. I don't use Raw for regular snapshots. You can never seem to have enough memory and Raw files for current cameras can be over 25+ megs. Certain memory cards are more expensive based on their speed. If you are shooting multiple shots at once, such as for sports photography, then a speedier memory card may be in order. Otherwise, regular fine art photography doesn't necessarily require the quicker access speeds. You may be a photographer who finds that important, such as when shooting portraits of babies or small children where getting that perfect smile or pose is illusive and you must fire away to catch one just right. I found this card to be fine for my regular phone requirements and 64gb is a nice sized card that eliminates the need to change it out. I normally start out with an empty card and have never really found myself shooting more than 64gb at any one shooting. Having the extra card allows for quick shooting if another card is nearly or partially full. For the cost of memory and this one specifically, its always great to have an additional card available and on hand for any number of devices that use this sized card.

When taking photographs or video, sometimes we get one chance to capture a desired image. I need a memory card I can trust. With this SanDisk memory card, I know my photos will be safe and secure, no glitches to worry about, and no decrease in quality. The Extreme Plus is so fast and includes plenty of storage. SanDisk is what I use and always will.

This memory card is by far one of the best that I've ever used for my DSLR. It has decent speed and plenty of picture capacity for weddings, birthdays, and other family events. It also has plenty of space for short videos and other memorable recordings. This item is a MUST for any photography fanatic. I highly recommend this item.

Bought this to use with my Nikon D5300 and couldn't be happier with the amount of storage it has. I am able to store all of my photos and videos on it and don't have to worry about running out of room! Plus it reads/writes fast when taking pictures... hence the use of EXTREME in the product description ;) Highly recommend!

I bought two of these to add to my collection of sd cards. I'm getting into timelapse photography and scored a huge deal on these during a deal of the day sale. Fast enough for shooting hd video and enough storage to shoot a few thousand RAW files at a time all on a card from a trusted brand. What more could you ask for?

I have a digital camera that allows me to take some good shots. One thing that allows me to capture history is the memory card. This card has the speed and the room to keep the pictures that I want, and even allows me to archive them so I can review my good and less than ideal photographs.

This storage card is fantastic. I honestly can't imagine how a storage card could be any better than this. I popped into into my camera and started snapping away– that's all there is too it! It stores my photos. I took some photos of the Brooklyn Marathon a couple of weeks ago and I took fast bursts of RAW photos with no problems whatsoever. This card got the job done. And the capacity is so great– I don't have to ever worry about having a enough space. I can take this with me on a trip and just shoot away. I think it's a great card for someone who is shooting lots of photos in RAW format. Just don't lose it.
My last card went into my vaccuum cleaner which is why I got this one. I haven't vacuumed since which is why my place is getting pretty dusty. Keep this card in a safe place-- namely, in your camera or in a camera bag or something. Don't just leave it laying out.

I wanted something fast and large enough that I did not need to carry around multiple memory cards. This one did the trick - 64 Gig in size and 80 Mb/s, which can take my 24Mp camera burst mode photos just fine. Even when I shoot in RAW+Jpeg .. as we all should. Hope this helps. I use a Nikon D3200 camera.

I bought this memory card when it was on sale and what a deal it was! The memory card writes fast and reads even faster. I recommend getting this size of memory card if your an avid video recorder or want the comfort in knowing that your card won't fill up after a long day of shooting photos and videos.

I was looking to get a 150mb/s sd card for my 4K Sony Camera. I could not find one in store so I went with this 90 mb/s SD card. For the price at the time i could not beat it. The camera reads the card well and the speed works perfectly with my 4K video and 60f/s.

I was concerned at first .. My other Sonys use CF cards. I didn't really want to start with yet another memory format. I picked up (2) thinking Zi would need it over a 5-day vacation. Shooting both raw/jpg. Never touched the 2nd card. Speed read/write was fantastic.

Good quality pics were saved and video too. Loved the storage capacity since i recorded almost a whole concert and there is still plenty of room left on it. Was able to also grab quick and good quality pics used a canon powershot sx710 20.3mp and 30x optical zoom.

This 64GB SD card is fast and provides a good amount of storage for your data. Be sure to consult your devices SD Card requirements to make sure this card will work properly.
Some devices require a certain speed or "class" of SD card. Other devices can have problems if you don't use the proper SD card and you can experience data corruption or artifacts or delays in taking video or pictures.
Also, wait for sales to by memory as the MSRP is just too high for these items. So unless it's an emergency, wait for a sale.

Purchased the DSLR Sony 6000. Bundle was a great price however I needed a memory card that would be able to handle the camera and speed. Holds about 1000 shots. The price was great for my budget. Going back for another.

I shoot with an Sony A77 which has amazingly fast shooting speed. This card can easily keep up with me and has a good capacity and I haven't had any problems with them in the past couple years I have been using them (knock on wood).
