Defective Batch: Does NOT work with Sony a9

I took it in to the store and the camera specialist opened another to test. Worked in the Sony a7ii BUT it DID NOT work in the Sony a7iii or the Sony a9. Got a refund, and waiting to get my Best Buy Rewards points refunded as well. I have the 128GB Card that works fine. I did a quick Google search and I saw a few photographer sites discussing the same issues that there was a defective batch with the SanDisk.
