This drive was purchased to be used as an external drive for my PS5. formatting took no time at all, and there have been 0 hiccups since purchase. It also comes with a usb c to regular usb adapter, which is a nice little bonus.

Fastest external drive I’ve used! No setup needed but there are files in the drive for added security. I never used it though. I would recommended buying a separate carabiner that locks since the one it comes with seems to rub the black coating over other material.

This is the fourth SanDisk Extreme Portable external solid state drive that I have purchased. I use them to store photos and sensitive documents and I trust these items to a solid state drive rather then a regular hard drive with moving parts.

Item works as expected. A longer cord would bave been helpful for installing on my 27” iMac. A minimum of 50 characters is required for a review.

Great storage device! Worked seamlessly with my MacBook without any problems whatsoever, and the data transfer speeds are extremely fast. It’s only 1 month in, but I would definitely buy this external hard drive again if I had it to do over again.

I am happy my geek squad agent directed me to this newest form of technology to save and back-up my information. It was fast, easy, and included in my tech service. I feel much better about this option rather than the former ones because this is more durable and smaller.

Good product reliable storage drive have a few of them for PC and even works with steam deck.

Great little SSD drive. Didn't realize how small it actually was until I opened the package. Works perfect right out the box, super fast for writing and reading. I plug into USB - C port on my computer and phone and it works perfectly for both.

Works as expected. The reason it's excellent is because it is so small! It's only 2 X 3.5 inches and not even a half inch thick. It came with USB C and an adapter for USB A. So easy to keep with my tablet. I got it on sale so the value for me was excellent as well.

The quality and dependability of SanDisk products surpasses all other brands. This compact unit is completely portable and easily accessed. The Best Buy price could not be beat for the brand and size of quality storage I purchased.

I went from a WD external HD to this out of desperation having my PC taken by moving large amounts of data due to my job and hobbies, this has cut what used to be 6+ hours to move 300+ GB down to an hour or less, soooooooo much faster!!

This portable solid state drive is perfect for storing and backing up my large photos and converted home movie video files. It is incredible how fast it reads and writes files. So small and convenient!

Awesome products. Speeds are constant and fast. I am so impressed on how durable it is. Dropping it is no worries. Which the cable was more slim but overall great product.

Super easy to use works really good I used it on my pc for games and they run flawlessly.

It's compact, seems rugged and has more than enough data storage capacity for my needs. I like the hole in it. I think I'll put it on a key ring or a carabiner.

Speed is on par with my internal ssd, only issue i had was the cable that came with it disconnected constantly. Would recommend this and a different cable for use
