Faster than a regular hard drive transfers about 500 mbs, not as fast as nvme. Got this on sale, didn’t pay retail. Worth it.

My go to for years. I have about 20 of these in all sizes never had any issues.

Giod stuff. So we've brought this for my daughter, and she really likes.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She was running low on space for all of her pictures and videos, and the hard drive that she had was old and unreliable, anymore. So, I picked this up, and she has had no issues with it and can store her media!

Amazing external hd! Half the size and weight of an iphone. Very fast backup. 2 tb of memory. I'll put all mu photos on this drive and use another for backups. Great for traveling as it is small and light. Great value for price.

The drive is small and seems very well made. But, it runs very hot -- leaves me wondering how long it will last and, also, how much power it is drawing.

Liked the first one so well, I purchased another (2TB) this time. GREAT for photography

I like the form factor and it seems to connect readily and tranfer data quickly to and from my Macbook Pro. The real rating I'd have on an external drive though can't be assessed for years as it depends how long it lasts. I've had numerous drives fail for unknown reasons including a recently a very important data set on an external SSD that I thought was secure. That drive wasn't a Sandisk brand so I'm hoping this lasts longer. That one lasted for 4 years of daily use but was also always handled carefully.

Works great, excellent speed, not having any overheating issues. I love this SSD!

Way beyond my expectations! I will buy again for another 2TB

Was a little disappointed at first. Creating and changing directories was slow. So convert it to NFTS. Still occasionally slow. Might be Windows / Surface's fault. Initially used it on a Surface ProX (ARM64). I am seeing file transfers to this disk run up around 480 M Bytes (Large B as in full 8 bits) per second. Very happy with this drive.

Got a great deal during black friday. Need a external that holds a lot and can transfer fast.

It is small in size and portable, Very easy to use, Fast and large capacity storage.

I use it everyday! It has literally helped me so much with clearing up my space on my computer as well as having it for backup for my photos. As a photographer I really needed something that would hold a lot of memory and not break on me and this hard drive is it! I will be purchasing more in the future

Great portable SSD. I like it so much, good size as well!!!

I connect this drive to my MBP, no more magnetic spinning hard drives for my working drive. Helps extend battery life of laptop and don't have to worry about vibration / movement when working in a dynamic environment. Also great for recording video from Blackmagic systems.

Highly durable, easy to handle and carry around and carries tons of data. I love this thing.
