    While this SanDisk portable SSD isn't all that fast compared to current generation SSD, it's meeting my present needs. A 2TB portable drive in the $100 range is plenty to archive downloads and documents that were filling up my laptop internal storage. It was easy to encrypt the data in case of loss. If you need more speed, a much faster version is available at a premium price.

    It is the fastest external SSD drive i have so far. I did not get the advertised 1000 mb/sec but i did get up to 600.
