The speed of this drive is amazing. The speed, dust resistant, and water resistant is very reassuring. 2TB storage is average with today's standards for an external storage from what I have seen. This storage unit is very sturdy built and has a stylish design compared to other units. I would recommend this storage unit for people that mostly use external storage on the go.

It's hard to believe that digital storage has gotten this small and fast! The Sandisk Extreme and Extreme Pro SSD Drives have become my go-to for local storage of huge Video and LiDAR filesets, as well as on-site backups. If you travel and need a small, convenient storage solution for backing up your images, this is the drive for you, The SSD is just a touch larger in size than a credit card, though much thicker of course. It stores easily anywhere. The write speed is super fast and the 2 terabyte size means you should have plenty of room for your videos and pictures!

Works great! If you are not getting these kind of speeds make sure the port you are plugging it into supports USB 3.2 Gen-2. Not all USB ports are the same and it can be very annoying to figure that out. This test was on a 2017 MacBook Pro plugged in with the supplied usb-c cable.

I have several of these. They are reliable and fast-Excellent! Their small size and light weight make them perfect for travel so I highly recommend. I also like the fact that the drive comes in different colored insert so it is easier to identify each one.
