I picked up a few to replace old external drives I used for Time Machine backups on all of my MacBooks and MacMinis. Read/Write speed is impressive. Immediately noticed an improvement in the backup time on all devices.

Not great for consistent access via video editing programs. Awesome portable backup drive.
