GARBAGE - JUNK!!!! AVOID

Bought these 4 months ago and they started failing to mount. Of course there is no support in store and the RMA process from Sandisk has been proving to be a nightmare of no responses and "under review" for who knows how long. I really loved this products of this brand but lately it has gone down hill. Junk Junk Junk.

Best Buy doesn't take returns after 15 days and Western Digital (who own SanDisk) only warranties their product for 30 days. Now I see why. $330 down the drain!! DON'T BUY!!

My mac runs backups fine on other drives, but it rarely works on this one without locking it up. Disk Doctor says it's ok but it's not.

Horrible customer service

They don’t honor price match. I found this $60 cheaper on Amazon and they would honor it. They are horrible. Cheaper for you to get these from Amazon.

Unfortunately, my husband is a truck driver and didn’t find out until after he’d left for the month, so we were unable to return it.

However, this one is slow and causes my computer to freeze. Super frustrating. Of course it sat in my desk for a while before I started using it, so it’s too late to return. I’m super frustrated.

Failed in less than 8 weeks
