After a year gets really hot

I use it to edit photos for my business, so I don't have all the photos on my computer. I've had too many computers randomly quit so this way I don't loose what I am working on. ANYWAY, after a year and not even filling it up it has about 1/4 used space. I started getting a lot of disk errors and not enough space, even though there is plenty. It also gets really hot after about 30 minutes of usage now. Yes, I am using the original cord that comes with it. I also keep it safe when not in use in a good hard case. For occasional usage this is fine. But for everyday use not so good.

Surprisingly Quick SSD Mobile Drive

I now own 3 of them and primarily use them for quickly moving video files for myself and employees. Completely dependable and often surprisingly fast. Has changed the way I manage file transfers. Employees love them too and often just work on their video project from files still on the drive. No noticeable lag time.
