Originally I got this for file backup when I bought a Chromebook laptop and realized it doesn't have a hard drive. Then I realized how much faster it is than my Western Digital external hard drive. Same capacity, but you can slip it in your pocket.

Fast...tiny, has a good feel with slide-resistant exterior. Comes with a short usb-c cable and adapter which converts usb-c to usb 3.0 so you can plug into laptops without usb-c ports (mainly PC laptops). I would prefer a second cable rather than the adapter plug. Not a big issue though.

Exactly what I was looking for!!! Small, light, usb-c, and can be used as ether for apple time machine or a external drive for Mac and iPad Pro. Super fast to transfer data. And the on sale price was icing on the cake. Don’t think get it

I now have 2 of these and they work great for me to store action camera clips for archive purposes as well as my final compiled videos. Speed of read/write with my 2019 iMac is great. I like the size factor of this storage device as well.

Great little storage device for when you are on the go. It is fast and feels good in your hand, not slippery, so you won’t drop it. Use it with my iPad Pro and works flawlessly.

Extremely small and lightweight. Very durable. You get fast storage on the go with this thing, nothing much to complain about. Even comes with an encryption software to lock up your storage in case someone steals it

This SSD is amazing and so SMALL. I am still in shock about the size of it. It feels very durable, and it's been running smoothly. This thing is awesome and an amazing experience for my first external SSD.

Great external SSD for all kinds of purposes. Small and light and fast enough to use for music production. I use it with Logic Pro on a Mac and works fantastically. Highly recommend, no need for formatting in my experience.

I purchased this drive for 2 reasons, 1) to test the speed I could get 2) for general purpose of storage. I'll address speed first, My desktop OC has 3 flavors of USB ports 2, 3.1 (5Gb/s), and 3.2 (10 Gp/s) I tested on all three and I am satisfied that both my computer and the drive supports the appropriate speeds. I will state that on one of the 3.2 tests, I used an additional cable between the port and the drive, and the speed was slower. I used ATTO Disk Speed for testing, on proctical copies using Windows Explorer, it is slower. I am satisfied with the storage.

Bought to back up videos of the kids. Hard drive wrote quickly and being a SSD gave me peace of mind to backing up to a disk drive we already had. Seems durable and did the job as expected.

Small and compact! Works great. Initially tried to plug it into a USB hub, but had better response from plugging it directly onto the cpu USB port. I’d buy more if needed.

I use these SSD drives to store Lightroom catalogs of RAW photo files, so I don't completely fill up the storage on my laptop. The USB-C interface is fast enough, and the read/write times on the SSD itself are great. Unit gets a bit warm when under heavy use, but it's not a problem. It's also nice that there are no moving parts to fail.
