    I really appreciated Wally sharing the concerns of my external hard drive I had Best Buy update with files from my laptop. He suggested a portable SSD to replace it -- saying it was a safer option since my external HD could be damaged just like a regular hard drive. The assistance Wally (and the other techs who helped me) gave me was very professional, yet 'came down to my level' (so to speak) to make sure I understood what was done. Thank you Wally and Geek Squad!
