This is my first SS drive. I’ve owned many others but this one is perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it responded. A little on the expensive side but the price is comparable to others. Highly recommended.

Just what I needed. Portable SSD, fast and great for a backup volume.

This is very convenient and easy to carry. I actually purchased a small case for it off Amazon versus carrying out in the open. Only thing is I wished I had purchase at least 1TB.

Works fine, but i don't love the cable that it comes with. Transfer speeds are great tho.

Great for backing everything up. Light, portable. and the prices keep coming down for Solid State drives, which is the way to go. No need to store personal info in the cloud.

I love this SSD I only wish I could’ve gotten the 2 TB it was all sold out when I was shopping for one but my 500 GB works for me for right now and it is plenty fast for everything I am doing with it.

My travel laptop for photo processing needed more space for storage. I love the lightness of my laptop & did not want to upgrade to a heavier one just to get more storage

Nice drive for the price and it is small enough to put in a pocket. But I would make one minor tweak to the cable. The drive is USB C and so are both ends of the cable. They included a adapter to go from USB C to a standard USB 3 plug. It isn't the best, as sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it to connect with the adapter. But if you have a USB c to USB 3 cable this drive rocks.

I bought this for my xbox one s naturally I was running out of storage but I also wanted my games to be loading faster! and they do its pretty much plug and play! love it!

Um a YouTube content creator. I eat Gigs of space whenever I'm making new videos. I need space for quick transfer of files. This ScanDisk extreme is the best. Hands down.!!!!

Purchased this dive for my daughters Mac book as other (WD) just crashed previously. So far it's fantastic, really compact and easy to use. It doubled her space on her mac.

I'm using this SanDisk on an old slow Mac as an external boot disk. That old Mac now buzzes along almost as fast as my brand new Mac which has an internal SSD. It's great!

Soooo.... Bought the 250 gig in store, took it home hooked it up to my Nvidia Shield. Upon searching I noticed that 27 gigs were already used, did some looking through the SSD with a file explorer.... and found someone else's personal info and questionable 'Photos and Folders" still on the drive. Basically I purchased a used SSD in a repacked Factory sealed box. Took it back to BB talked to the manager, and he took care of the issue ASAP, and gave me the 500gb SSD in its place. Other than that... The SSD has super fast transfer speed, compact in size, and is compatible with Nvidia Shield as internal storage if you choose. It's an awesome little SSD.

I wanted an SSD to save off my photos from the past 15 years. This worked awesomely! And as it is an SSD, I didn't need to worry about it not spinning up.

Very fast, cost effective storage solution. The case is very sturdy as well, seems like it will hold up well. I'm most impressed by the value, SSD drives are really coming down in price which is great!

This SSD external drive appears to copy files quickly and was purchased as a drive for transferring files from the old computer to the new computer. In the future we'll be using it for backup.

I love the performance of this unit. I have all my virtual box machines running from the drive and it’s performance is outstanding
