I bought this specifically for the faster transfer rates. Not so much for the camera side - but rather for transferring the photos to the computer. I can tell you it works as expected. While I don't regularly fill these guys up, it was a bit annoying having to wait 15+ minutes for all the files to copy over. Now wait times are regularly in the 3 to 4 minute range. On the camera side, I shoot a lot of video, and never notice any buffering issues.

SanDisk is a reliable brand for memory cards. These UHS-1 128 GB cards are excellent for recording high bitrate video files. You can shoot 4K video for several hours before even filling up a single card. I bought 3 of them for my A7iii and haven't had any problems.

I recently purchased a Sony a7III and needed a reliable, fast reading and writeable memory card. The a7III can hold two memory cards. The Extreme Pro 128 GB was on sale and for the price I purchased two. I have been using for two months now and they have held up great. So far hundreds of photos have been taken and stored without any problems.

As always, Best Buy delivered (literally) in a timely manner. This SD card should definitely more than suffice your video and photo needs. Shot video on a Canon Rebel T6i with a blue tooth mic, and this card worked perfectly. I have used SanDisk Extreme PRO SD cards in the past without a problem -- both Best Buy and SanDisk are reliable.

    Best SD for a car?

I bought this SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB SD card drive for FLAC music file structure drive for a car's storage drive. I tried xFAT and NTSF format and the copy speed remained at 20 MB/s with either. I also set the W10 drive into high performance mode from the device manager and the write speed stayed at 20 MB/sec sustained. I'm not sure were the 170MB/s speed comes from but I didn't see that on a USB 3.0 MSI X570 ACE motherboard. There are 8 bits in a byte and 20MB*8 bits per 1Mbyte = 160 mbp/s but the drive is clearly labeled 170 MB/s (big M). I didn't try PEAK write speed as I copied the entire file at once (105 GB of FLAC files). No matter, I copied once and hope the drive does well for reads in a relatively harsh car dash over the years! The price is OK at $30.00 or so and I've never had a problem with SanDisc SD products. I don't use large file copies often so the speed isn't really the topic but the durability is. I'll see about that but the same SD card in a car I have owned the last three years is doing fine so, I bought another one! As far as quality and ease of use, there isn't much to say about a plastic case and the HW hidden inside. It will format (came with xFAT for PC/MAC compatibility out of the box) any way you want. There is a small amount of reserved file space so don't expect all 128 GB to be available. Mine showed 118GB of "free" space after a NTSF format.

Well worth the investment. At 24 mp, I use a lot of space on my memory cards. This card lets me keep taking pictures, even when I haven't had a chance to move pictures from last session to a hard drive. It's fast, too. If you take a lot of pictures and need to be able to take several at a time, in sequence, this card is easily up to the task.

Great SD card at a great price. I exclusively use Sandisk SD cards in my EOS R and my EOS 80D as I've had issues with PNY/Lexmark and Sony cards losing data and ultimately failing. This isn't an ultra fast UHS-II card, but should do well with any camera that isn't shooting 10+ fps over 24mp.

I have owned other brands of SDCX UHS-1 memory card and different sizes of cards. I found the Extreme PRO by San Disk to work better than even other models of San Disk cards in my Canon 80D. It allows bursts to quickly be written. I found even during a week vacation, the 128 gb has enough space for all the pics I shoot.

This card is snappy and does a great job capturing 4K video on my Sony A7iii without any hiccups. Sandisk has become my go-to brand for reliable mobile memory. These work great and I don't think I've ever had one fail and I've bought more than 10 of them over the last 2 years.

I own an online fitness business and take hundreds of pictures and 4k videos each session. Knowing I have a SanDisk extreme pro with 128GB I never have to worry about running out of storage or the quality of my SD card. I highly recommend picking one up if you take a lot of pictures and videos regularly. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased to use with my sony a7riii great cards for the price and good quality. I haven't had a corrupted or failed card with this line. with sony camera make sure you have to update firmware for the 170mb. The older cards were 95mb so without the update the firmware theses may not work. If you're not sure google and youtube will show you its easy.

Use this for my DSLR and it can hold a ton of pics. It also holds all your data with no loss and easy to transfer. Really operates faster than other cards I've owned. Weather also didn't affect performance either. It was a 100 degrees and humid and the SD still performed well. This is great for any camera to hold Raw and JPG files as back up.

This SD card has a large capaicty for photo and film storgare. The addition of being able to record 4K video with this card has been the best feature. The price point is a bit high, but well worth it for the quality of your final photos and video.

Got this because I needed a memory card that had a lot more space then my 64gb but also had the write speeds to not slow me down when I am shooting. This checks all those boxes. while i have about 4 other cards that i use. When i know I am in for a long day of shooting, this is the one that I have on deck.

Extremely fast and reliable Memory Card. I also use a San Disk USB-C memory card reader to a MacBook pro and the transfer of data from this memory card to the computer is instant. If you shoot high quality video onto a memory card, it is very important to have a card that can be written on as fast as this one.
