As an amateur photographer I didn't realize how much difference a memory card could make in regards to speed. I was able to purchase this one with a great sale price as an add on to a Canon lens purchase. I might never have considered one otherwise but I've been super impressed at how much faster I can take sharp photos. It's a great buy.

The memory card produces high level, consistent results and was subjected to temperature changes on a recent trip out west where it was used at high elevations and in the desert. It provides great quality photos in low light situations (slot canyon on a cloudy day, handheld) as well as bright light. Downloading photos from the camera onto my laptop and an external hard drive was fast. Pictures were quickly available to review while shooting, allowing feedback for adjustment of settings. The sale price and past reliability of this brand made this a must have for travel to an area of the country I don't anticipate returning to and wanted to make sure I didn't have issues with the card.

I bought this for my new Pentax K1 full frame DSLR, since I would be ending up with a lot of massive image files in RAW as well as JPG. With two of these guys in my camera, I can go to an assignment confident of not running out of space. So far, I have never regretted sticking with SanDisk - always delivering on my expectations.

My Canon 70D used to hang a bit in burst mode with 40MB/s memory card. After upgrading to Extreme pro, I dont see the issue anymore.

Great SD Card you shouldn't have any problems with this SD Card. I bought this SD Card for my camera to store plenty of pictures and video without having to pop in another card on vacation due to lack of storage. It's pretty fast transferring files to your computer and little to no buffering when taking multiple shots in the camera.

Can't say much for memory other than I needed memory; it gave me memory. It does load faster than the regular Sandisc memory cards, but then again it's because I paid more for it too...You'll like it.

you will need this if your transferring very large files, cuts down the transfer time significantly, got it on sale so very happy
