    Eric was very helpful even though even I felt what i needed was sort of silly. i have the total tech support and would recommend it highly to anyone who asks me about it. every time i have called to stopped in the store for help i have gotten it from whoever i dealt with and they have been very cheerful even when the problem was my fault.
