This Item Works Perfect! The storage space that it holds is out of this world and I have enough space to use it for years to come. I like this item because it is not hard to use at all and its so simple and quick to use for anyone!

Love it! Love it! Love it! If you never use SSD (Solid State Drive), this will change your life. It's so fast! Your jump drive and other hard drives will look like dinosaurs. This is lightning fast. The upload and download speed is insane. I got things done in half the amount of time. If time is money, this thing will save you a lot of money. The case is durable and waterproof. It's compact and easy to carry. It fits in my pant's pocket. I don't really like the USB cord that comes with the SSD. Downsize: The price! It's too expensive. I would wait for a sale. If you could get this for $150-175, go for it. It's a great deal. Speaking of speed, the biggest thing that you have to beware of is the type of port that you have. For instance, if you have Apple Macbook Air/Pro with M1 or Mac Mini with M1, this will only go up to 600MB/sec, not 2000MB/sec as advertised. Apple port only supports USB 3.1. If you want to maximize the speed, you should get an adapter. Because of the port speed and if you use M1 laptop or desktop, I would recommend getting SanDisk Pro, not the Extreme Pro. It's cheaper and performance is about the same since the M1 does not have a proper port.

Excellent product. It has the least amount of space compared to other options that Best Buy carries, but even so 1TB can still hold a lot of memory. Something that has helped me out for work. The SSD is also super fast at pulling up my videos and programs that are on the device. Definitely recommend.

A great replacement for an SD Card on my PI500. Using Raspberry PI Diagnostics (Ver. 0.17) Read/Write Speeds are as follows: Sequential Write Speed = 352344 KB/Sec (Target 10000) Random Write Speed = 38414 IOPS (Target = 500) Random Read Speed = 34330 IOPS (Target = 1500) System Performance is greatly enhanced, connecting directly to one of the onboard USB 3.0 Ports.

I bought this SSD for my video projects. I’m able to store my huge Final Cut Pro libraries and also edit right from the SSD with no speed issues or any dropped frames. It’s small and fits into my camera bag without taking up much space.

This has since replaced a pocket flash drive for me. Small and compact enough for my backpack. But big enough to not lose it like my flash drives. I don't mine the larger size (than a flash drive), the speed more than makes up for it. Sandisk seems to be the only brand that I can take out of the box, and I don't have to tweak my PC to top speed. I've tried a couple other brands and USB 3.2 was more like USB2.0 for them. I've never had a problem with Sandisk, so I'll stick with this

So far this has been a great little Drive. My old backup drive was getting very slow. This backs up in about 30 seconds as compared to the 30 minutes on the old drive. Using USB-C. The only complaint we had has nothing to do with the drive but with Best Buy Rewards Certificates. Tried to use expiring "certificates" on our purchase. This drive was $199.99 and the Mouse we got was $99.99. Unfortunately we did not realize that they don't apply those points to the most costly items. Be sure to have them ring up the item you want the certificate to go against as a separate purchase. We had to return two cords we did not need and are now left with a $40 certificate that we won't be able to use. We tried to use 270 certificate points on those 2 items totaling $299.98, but because of the way they applied the points to the cords first and not on the high ticket item we lost $40. No way to get satisfaction. Best Buy employees very nice but case of "Too bad, So sad!!". I will never again be hooked into doing something for their rewards or certificates. Just not worth the hassle of trying to figure out how to use them. They issue them to make you spend more money. Couldn't use the $100 certificate for the new mouse because it was only $99.99. Because of the $.01 you are out of luck!! With the two items we should have been okay, but they applied the points to the small stuff first, so if anything is returned you have a costly problem.

I use these for my wedding photography back ups, I have had no issues with crashing, they do get a little hot when plugged in for too long but overall really happy with sandisk.
