Very simple to use, cleaned my iPhone and iPad right up. Faster operation on the iPad now. And all pics stored in one convenient place.

Having to recharge it before use is a little tedious

This works well to transfer movies to iPad or iPhone without using iTunes. I wish the lightening piece just came out directly without needing to be bend to insert

Device eases backup of iPhone pictures and contacts but it is extremely difficult to locate files on device if you want to transfer them to your computer.

I finally connected this to my iPad and downloaded the app. I still have to figure out how to move enough memory hogs off of my iPad onto this item so I can upgrade the iPad O/S. At least I do know that the external drive works.

I love the flexibility this product has given me with my iphone and ipad. It is so nice not to have to carry cables around to transfer pictures and videos.

Have found lot of retailers selling the same piece for different prices and most are higher. Bestbuy has got a great deal of this item. Worth buying..

I bought the SanDisk - iXpand to take pictures off my iPad and iPhone so I can continue taking pictures without getting the dreaded message that I was out of space.

This device solves a missing design in the iOS products, that is, no USB connection. You can pull files out of your iPad and hold them, or load them into your desktop.

This seems more efficient than using a USB reader in an iPad. The iPad lightning connection on a flexible arm seems a bit worrisome, though.

Has proven to be great for information transfer to/from iPhone/iPad to Office based computers. Great for workers with both types of products.

This product works great with my iPad and iPhone plus. I added movies and music to the drive from my laptop. I brought the drive on vacation. I was able to watch movies and listen to music at the airport, on the airplane and at the hotel. I have about 10 movies, 10 music videos and a couple dozen songs on the drive. Ive also downloaded a movie and all the music to my devices to use while the drive us unattached. I've had absolutely no problems with the drive at all.

...tho its a bit expensive. The Lightning interface adds cost I'm sure. But its a useful tool, especially if you're traveling with media.

Was hoping this would be easier plug and play but it requires the SanDisk app to work. Overall a good product that I would recommend

I bought this drive online sight unseen because bestbuy.com said it was not available in stores. When I picked it up at a local Best Buy store, I was unpleasantly surprised at how large it is. Just after the return period was over, I discovered the drive in another store for $10 less than I had paid. I wasn't happy about either of these. Thankfully despite these 2 negatives, the drive works well and accomplishes what I wanted.

Product is very good, and provides for the absence of file transfer capabilities in the IPad.

This is very useful and you can get rid off iTune.. this could have been little smaller and more useful if we get andriod port also.

File transfer works well however the fold out connector is often time in convienent to use.

Have been looking for iPad storage so this should fit the need. Will get to storing shortly

This is a great device,I enjoy using and saving pictures,contacts from my IPhone, I then can save everything to my desktop pic. I use this often and have recommended this device to family and friends and also for students in high school and college .Great storage device for saving music and playing in a car on a short or long trip. Excellent !
