This isn't the easiest thing to use on your phone or iPad. If it doesn't work for you, you probably downloaded the wrong app. Download the other one. Make sure it's charged. All a lot of money for something seemingly so simple.

Didn't like it

Instead of giving you a screen full of photos, all I saw was a "film strip" type down the left side. If you tapped on one it enlarged it on the other side but left the film strip still there. Just seemed cumbersome to me. I returned it.
