This product was great at first did everything it was supposed to do. Then after 29 days it ffailed to read. after wasting an hour in chat and another 30 minutes online with SanDisk support their answer was take it back or send it back. Best Buy was great about returning the product after the 15 day policy. They exchanged it for me I and I can't complain there. great customer service for a change !! got another one will see how this one does. However if it stays working it's very convenient for your iOS device To free up memory

Anyone can relate to running short of memmory space on their phones, well this little memory device makes it all good. Plug it in, dowload the app, and copy all your stuff and you'll have your much needed memory soace back.

I just got an iPad and needed to be able to transfer some windows files to my iPad. When I got this device the software was confusing, and gltichy. I returned it immediately.

I purchased this to be able to free up my iPhone 7 memory by transferring some of the audio files from my DAW app over to the external memory. The transfer occurred pretty quickly and the files can be played from the iXpand.

Had been looking for a simple to use USB that would back up my iPhone since I was constantly running out of memory on it. Works great, backs up my photos and frees up space on my phone considerably fast.

Found the employees that I talked to did not know much about it but seems to work good you take right from your phone to your computer as long as it's Apple only wish that it was set up also for Android

I am still trying this little gadget out. I wanted to have something easy to download my photos from my phone. I may have to get one with larger memory! I'm still testing this out but so far so good!

I purchased this for my iPad pro and it works . But it's a little difficult to figure out how to save to drive with each program you use. Each one is different. But it will work.

Was very easy to use. Unfortunately after the back-up only 30 pictures of 400 pictures was saved. Tired it again and no success. Had to return but maybe it was bc of my iPhone.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and she always seems to run out of storage space on her iPhone SE. Now that she has a dual purpose flash drive she can easily make more room for more pictures. Great device

I love have this "small" flash drive.... I am "old school" and prefer putting my music here and it works on my phone as well... and/or I can store pics on it. luv it!

Only reason for not being excellent was due to so issues of moving stuff back to the phone, couldn’t do individual pictures only folders but comes in real handy for simple data back ups and transfer.

Plugs in fine to your iPhone, but may be difficult with some cases so definitely test it out. UI is fine to move things back and forth, just a little slow at times to load pictures in the App. Also, be careful that when transferring photos to the flash drive, they are sometimes stored in HEIC, and those are not natively editable on MacOS. So you have to transfer back onto your phone and the iPhone will convert if saving/airdropping directly to a laptop. However, it works as a temp backup device if you need to move stuff off to free space on a crowded iPhone.

This is a great product from great, reliable company. Very handy when one is travelling and taking lots of pictures and videos. Transfer photos and videos to iXpand drive and keep phone memory available.
