    Thought this would be easier to use but unfortunately it is not. Slow, quirky, can do the job if you have enough patience. I bought to use on my iPhone X and maybe its just the one I bought but somewhat disappointed. SanDisk has a great reputation, but this model needs a bit more work to be user-friendly.

    I wanted to get some photos off my phone but wanted to keep my iCloud transfer system. Unfortunately, the transfer of even a small number (100) photos seemed to take a very long time and was never completed. I finally reverted to a manual transfer. The concept is great, however. Maybe others have tips on what works.

    This drive can back up photos and music, but doesn't appear to be able to back up other files. As a result, there are better, no-cost ways of doing the same thing through the cloud. It does what it claims to do- I just don't see the ultimate value in the activity
