Bought this very excitedly, looking forward to being able to transfer pictures and videos from my phone, but so far it hasn’t been a good experience. The process seemingly takes forever to transfer, and even then you end up with errors. And if you do get to copy some things, you will then have to manually delete them from the phone as well, which unfortunate, as after going through hundreds of photos to select to “transfer” you will then have to repeat the process to delete them from the phone, as they’re only copied (if it works properly)

Works fine one picture or a couple at a time but not for enmass. Like most...I have thousands of pictures on my phone. Thought this would help bring several pictures down from the cloud (iPhones are a problem) at once...but it doesn't work that way. Also, I am not able to open (mp4) videos once moved. Device shows them as not compatible. It offered a few selections to open them with but none worked. Should have returned it...but time lapsed, then the holidays and now I am stuck with it. I do have the Geek/tech plan...will ask them about this.

The actual device is very good and easy to use, but the front display of the package it comes in states that it is flexible. The item snapped when I stretched it to fit my iPhone XR.

Another gimmick its not a perfect solution to iPhone storage it's easily store photos/music on this flash drive but transferring them to my personal PC it heats up. I'm really concerned that it might erase my stored photos/video and whenever I upload anything from this flash drive to my PC I have to make it as fast as I can. I paid so much for this and this shouldn't happen, its just another headache I have to live with while using this iXpand flash drive. There you have it, not so perfect memory/storage.

I would say it's a 5-6 out of 10. I was able to listen to some audio books but could read the books I put of the device. Not sure if it was because of the book format or just to much data. But still it helped me out!

It is useful but not a great storage device. Every time I activate my phone it ask for permission for something some times same thing each time even after telling it not to ask again.

It does the job it is supposed to do. Overall it is good value for the money. The unit is too bulky to carry on your pocket, you have to be very careful otherwise the plastic will break.

Was hoping to move all of my music onto the memory stick and then play them through iTunes. It is possible to play the music; but not through iTunes - making it more complicated and not meeting my expectations

I purchased this to work with my iPad. Needless to say, I was unable to save from my iPad to the disk. I returned the item. It might work for someone else, it did not work for me.

This drive requires you to download an app which is somewhat difficult to use if you are not a tec person. Works well once you figure out how to save and transfer files.

The device is somewhat confusing to use. The pictures I wanted to download to the file I created were not sent there buy to a default file instead. I would not recommend this to anyone,

The drive works well for saving files from my Iphones and iPads but now Apple has gone to USB-C and I am sure the next phone they release will not have the same connection

Like I said I don’t like this. It takes too long to down load the pictures. It runs your battery down to nothing

It does what it says. Platforms beyond iOS are less complicated but as with all things paired with apple products, a seemingly lengthy process is involved for what this actually is.

Worked well getting pics off iPhone -didn't download onto iMac easily however. No need for it now- got phone and iPad with more memory.

Took pictures off my iPhone. Said there were 1035 pictures on San Disk, and only 35 pictures were downloaded to my computer!! Very unsatisfactory!!

Item will not store ITunes downloaded movies. That format is not supported. You have to convert the ITunes movie to one of the acceptable formats. Very disappointing purchase.

Ok but filled up very quickly and expensive compared to a usb stick. I just don’t feel like it was any more useful for the extra money.

Use required download of additional software that could be included on the drive. The interface is not intuitive and not Apple-like

Not really digging the term of use with downloading your pictures and videos to app and then to flash drive. Gave it to my wife for her to use.
