Very unstable device

Now it often repeatedly tells me to disconnect and reconnect, it can't transfer a file, or it can't connect with my iPad, etc. It's very annoying. I'm ditching this one and buying a different brand.

Disappointing performance

After reading instructions twice, I found the speed of this drive very slow in transferring photo files to my laptop. Thank goodness it was a Christmas as I wouldn't have buy it myself.
