It also does not do what I expected, but thats my own fault. It was an impulse buy and I did not look into what it does. Oh Well. When it works, it works well though

Good idea, bad execution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this would solve my problem of having too many photos on my iPhone, I could save to the flash drive and then store on my PC. I made several attempts to download photos from my phone to the flash drive and I got multiple errors, it wouldn't work. I called their support line and after working through the issue for 45 minutes the case had to be escalated and they were going to call me back. They never did. I did talk with Apple support a few days later, they said it probably didn't work because my photos are stored on the cloud and not my phone. So it may work if you don't utilize the cloud but if it doesn't work, good luck getting help.
