My iPhone is in a Lifeproof case. The drive would only fit upside down, which covered the screen and made it nearly impossible to click to get it to work. It was also slow and drained the battery.

It does what it says, but not well. The app is clunky and hasn’t been updated in a long time, and the product is very overpriced. Buy this if you have a very specific use case.

Worked the first time but the second time, it stalled. Not sure what to do. I plugged it into my phone and started the backup for photos and it just flatlined for about five hours.

I was having issues with connecting to the IOS device so I need it SanDisk support and was told to format iXpand drive and downloading the latest version of their software.

Great idea but sucks, the only way to use it is to put it where you would charge your phone. So your phone can be dying, there will be no way to charge it.

Takes too long to download photos and runs your phone battery dead before it downloads them and you have to start all over!

For someone I was running out of ideas for. Turns out, he didn't need it because he uses a lightning cord linked to his computer to do the exact same thing.

I am extremely sorry I bought this scan disk product. I thought it would simply transfer my pics. And that I would be able to easily view them on the product. I couldn't. It said on my screen "You've downloaded 364 photos!" Really? Well, where are they? I went online and bought a 32 gig LEEF stick. Easy as pie to use. Fast and perfect! Buy a LEEF and save your money on Scandisk! It stinks!

While plugged into my phone it was bumped lightly and broke off in my phones port. $40 down the drain. Should have bought phone with more memory instead.

Not all the pictures backed up. And they are not in the same order as they were on my iPad. Not really happy with it, but I guess it's better than nothing.

It kind of does the job for certain file types, but I found it to be buggy and difficult to use. Not sure it was worth the price.

A little disappointed bought from reading prior reviews did not work form was not able to transfer all pictures from phone.

This product downloaded my pictures really slow off my iphone. I never did get them all downloaded

I am not sure if this drive works. I bought it to do work on my iPad while I was abroad. I also bought Microsoft word for iPads. I am reluctant to review this item as it has not worked for me. Since I am currently abroad I will not be able see if this product actually works. However, it had not worked for me.

I can put documents on it but could not get it to do what I wanted. I tried to find customer support. I tried their support but worthless. There is no phone support. Also I used it on an iPad Pro and with its shape it rubs the metal back. The sales person told me it would straighten out when used. It does not. AVAILABILITY OF PHONE SUPPORT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Is nice, portable and all, can’t use with case, shame

I should have taken the $40 I spent on this piece of garbage and burned it...it would have provided more utility than this worthless device. A call to SanDisk tech "support" proved futile...they did not help at all. What a disappointment-- if you are used to Apple and things "just working" you will be sorely disappointed with this device. I wish I could get my $$ back.
