hard to install

Instead tells you that you must download and install more stuff from the internet in order to get it to function as initially promised. I hated it. A waste of my time and money.

Couldn't make it work

I uploaded a video from my computer to my iPhone and the size of the image was so small, it wasn't worth viewing. In general, I like SanDisk products, just not this one.

When I went to SanDisk support, they couldn't help, and recommended I return it. Very unlike that manufacturer, but if they can't tell me how to use it as additional storage, why buy it?
