Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the iXpand 32GB USB 3.0/Lightning Flash Drive's ease of use, ample storage capacity, and compatibility with various devices. Many appreciate its convenient size and the ability to easily transfer files. While some users experienced issues with battery drain during file transfers and found the accompanying software needed improvement, the positive feedback on ease of use and storage outweighs these concerns.

Did not do what salesman said it could do

I am not a tech person. I ride a Harley and have the Harley road planner app on my iPad. I use this app to plan road trips. I needed a flash drive, memory stick to transfer my ride from iPad to my motorcycle GPS system. Basically all this flash drive does is backup photos to free space on iPad. It did not even do this. After several hours it only it had only did like six photos. This product would never let me download ride, because it always busy doing the photos. I feel I wasted my money and will be able to get a refund, because opened it and try to use it. I feel like I told the salesman what I needed it and he assured me this product would do it. Oh well, live and learn

I bought this to download my pictures from my iPhone. It does the job, it is awkward to store this device.

Files OK, but Music and Photos, not so much

My primary purpose for this device was to carry PC files on it when I travel abroad, thus making my IPad Mini a surrogate home PC. The drive performed that very well --- 5 stars. But --- trying to load and play music, for example, was impossible. It would not recognize music I had loaded (mp3's) from the PC and would not delete them on the IXpand. Photos: I selected 147 from the IPad to move to IXpand; it moved only 100 randomly. I will play with it some more, but for Music and Photos --- software failure. SandDisk must learn it is in the Software business too!

Error code often, transfers files slowly

This device is terrible. It transfers files so slowly and 50% of the time or more it says error code when you try to copy files. Would not recommend to anyone. Staying away from any iXpand product because my experience with my IPhone has been incredibly frustrating.
