This iXpand flash drive is easy to use. It is a great way to back up photos, videos, contacts. Wish I would have bought it earlier.

My fiancé and I love the iXpand. We have a 9-month-old and take pictures and videos daily. We do not have WiFi so purchasing more space on our iPhones would be redundant. We are able to plug the iXpand into our phones, complete a quick transfer (regardless of # of photos/videos, the transfer is quick) and open-up more space on our phones. Then we both have access to all the photos and videos at anytime which makes for easy photo-sharing. We will definitely be investing in another soon!

I have an iPhone 5S and it doesn't have much memory left. To help out I purchased the ScanDisk to move my Music and Videos to get mor available space. Actually it was my second choice but the other brand I purchased wouldn't work for me. After downloading the app for this unit it worked perfectly. I gave it 4 of 5 stars due to the effort to mount the device on my phone with the Otterbox case. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5. This device does everything it is supposed to and has an easy to use interface.

I wanted to move photo files from my iPhone to notebook. It works. One thing I wish to improve is that the moved files order is the same as in my phone. The moved files are placed different order with the iPhone.

I first saw this product on QVC. I was impressed with how easy it was to use. As a person new to iPhones and who loves to take pictures this was perfect. There was not need for a cloud or things of that nature, you just plug this in a your all set. You have all your stored photos backed up. Thank you Best Buy for carrying this item!!

That is how you need to format the drive for it work w/ the iXpand Drive app on your iPhone. It DOES work w/ iPhone X. I tested on iPhone 6S, 7, and X. This has proved to be a great solution for Tesla's dashcam and sentry mode videos. Rather than having to take the USB key and plug it into a computer to view them, you can simply plug into your iPhone to review the videos and save if wanted

Works great with iPhone and computers. The issue of iPhone not having expanded memory has been resolved with this device.
