The flash drive is a great way to save space on your iPhone or iPad. I would give this product five stars except the software that SanDisk provides is not consistent between the iPhone and iPad. If you transfer a photo / video from the iPad to the drive it prompts you to delete the file off of the iPad. The prompt is not present when transferring files from the iPhone, this would be handy if it worked like the iPad. Also, the disk has the ability to create a secure folder, however, it is not intuitive as you have to establish the secure folder before you transfer any files. Otherwise, you will be happy knowing that you have a way to back up your photos and videos without being connected to a PC/MAC. The software provided needs to be revamped with a better user interface.

If you ever need some extra space on your iPhone this is a great product. Cleared up 5gb on my phone from photos and videos. Easy to use and separates the files by months so it’s easy to view on the computer.

Finally. I don't have to plug in my iPhone to remove videos and pictures anymore. I don't have to deal with iTunes anymore. This is simple to use. You plug it in, download the app and start moving stuff around. It frees up space fast with no hassle. Then you plug it into your computer and save your stuff. I have not tried it with music but for videos and pictures it's awesome.

This easy to use flash drive is great. Just plug it into your iPhone or iPad and it'll download all your pictures and the data associated with each picture. It's so small and can hold lots of photos. Never worry about running out of memory on your phone. You can organize pictures into folders so they're easy to find. It also knows which photos have already been downloaded. It'll delete the photos off your device if you want. It's so small you can take it anywhere. Easy to figure out how to use, but instructions are on there if you get stuck. Great to give as gifts too.

I bought the IXPAND USB FLASH DRIVE to download and save my photos on my iPhone to free up space on my phone. i plugged the drive into my phone and it quickly pulled all the photos into the drive. For an old person it was very easy to use.

This device is awesome, needed to get pictures and video off my phone to make memory room, Also so convenient to take long to get copies of precious pictures. Bought one for my daughter also...Thanks for a great product

This is a great product. I have found it so helpful in managing my space on both my iPhone and iPad. I bought one last year and loved it such that I bought a second one......... one for my iPhone and now one for my iPad!!!

Might actually be one of the top purchases ever in my life. Works well, great instruction - easy to follow, small - compact; sleek. Practical. DOES what many of us need! Great idea, great product. I love SanDisk.

Finally a way to help with storage problems without giving more money to Apple! ...and no wifi needed, no worries about battery for the device. Just plug in and download your pics to save.

I bought this hoping I could use it to copy movies to my iPad rather than use iTunes.. I loaded 4 movies onto the usb stick, then plugged it into the iPad Air, once the app installed and opened, I copied the files to the iPad. it didnt move them to video, it installed them to Photos app. movies will play, but no control, if you just keep them on this usb still plug it in and play them, you have control to fast forward,rewind, pause. the plus side would be you can keep the movies fresh, down side would be carrying something else with the iPad to watch movies.

My phone storage was full and I was constantly needing to delete things in order to take more pictures. I did not necessarily want to just download them on my computer so after some research on the internet I found this little device. It's so easy to use. Just plug it into your phone and it asks you to download the Sandisk iXpand app. After that it's as simple as following the prompts. It transfers all photos, videos, and files to the USB drive and then have the option to delete off your phone what was transferred and saved. No computer required so this can be done anywhere or anytime. You can then transfer to another phone or computer. Great for travellers or for someone wanting to back up their phone, iPad or computer. You can even download movies to it and then plug it into your device to watch on the go. So glad I found this!

Works well with iPad and PC. Easy to carry. Great for syncing photos, music and videos. on multiple devices.

I wasn't sure how well this would work, but it worked well. I did have a learning curve on it. It does not function like any other USB thumb drive. On Apple products, you have to transfer files using the app. When I connect it to my Windows PC, it shows up as a USB drive in File Explorer. Once I got use to that, everything worked fine. I just noticed that the retail price was $59.99. I got it on Black Friday for $29.99. I feel much better about it now!

The flash drive is easy to use and very effective. I downloaded the app and was able to free up space on my phone, saving my picture in a computer!

We bought this to get more instant memory on my iphone for our vacation. It was easy to use. It stayed on the phone and did not get in the way. I only had to remember to take photos through the app in order for them to load onto the drive, but after a few times it was easy to remember. When we returned, we popped it into the computer and uploaded them into Google photos.

I absolutely love that I can expand the size of the phone's memory and easily transfer files, this is a great product!

I need more space in my phone and also a form to share files and pictures. Now I can show easilly in anther computer

The product works as advertised. Easy to install app, download pictures and transfer pictures to another device.

My one major knock against Apple products is lack of internal mini SD card capability. Now I can load songs, movies, etc onto this storage drive and easily connect to either my iPad or iPhone. Can also easily transfer files from a PC to this drive via USB. Has worked flawlessly so far.
