Works...sometimes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This drive worked fine the first few times, but after having it a few weeks, it gives me problems every time. It freezes up, the app restarts, it won't move some files (some are .mov, some are .jpg). I think it might be an issue with photos being on the cloud and not physically on the device I'm pulling them from. I'm frustrated every time I use this thumbdrive.

Great product for beginners

Best Buy should be ashamed. Great product to be able to download pictures from a cell phone onto this to have. That’s what we bought it for. Haven’t used it yet so don’t know if it will even work for what I want to to but since I have to review it is what it is.

Great for backing up mobile photos

I used to use ICloud Photo Library to keep my photos backed up, but it kept eating a lot of my phone's storage space. This USB is super easy to use, stylish, and durable. All you have to do is plug it in and start the app and your photos are backed up. Highly recommend it.

Ok-but won't back up music
