So far so good....got this so my wife could download her photos from her iPhone

I was looking for a flash drive to store pictures on. Once I downloaded the app, it was easy to transfer my pictures to it. I have not used it on my computer yet. But I'm sure it will be easy too. I was glad to get my pictures off my phone for safer keeping.

Made the mistake of getting a 32gb iPhone. This helps a lot with storing all my photos and videos. The app for this is very well put together and works great. Now I have more storage for updates and installing more apps. Would highly recommend

Owning both Apple and PC equipment, I found this dual connector flash drive to be extremely helpful in saving and/or transferring data within and across platforms. Very useful for those who need access to both major computer platforms on the market.

I read about this memory stick on line and liked the idea of backing up my iPhone and transferring photos to my computer. Backing up the photos was easy and worked well. I only had a few photos so it did not take long. I have since read reviews that the transfer of large numbers is slow. My first problem was that the USB 3 plug would not fit in my USB2 socket on the front of the computer. There has never been a problem with other USB 3 plugs. I solved it by using an extension cable. I transferred the photos from the memory stick to the computer and opened them up in my photo browser app. The first thing I noticed was that the names of the photos had been changed from the IMG###.jpg set by the iPhone to a bunch of letters and numbers. I also noted tat the original photo date had been changed to the date of copying the photos. This was unacceptable to me. I filed a question on the manufacturers web site and heard nothing so I returned the item to Best Buy.

This flash stick was simple to use. Once the app was downloaded onto my phone, all I had to do was open the app and take my pictures! That simple. I was able to easily tranfer them to my computer and Google photos when I returned from my vacation.

This is the second IXpand flash drive I have purchased. This flash drive works great for backing up my iPad and iPhone. You have to download an app that helps manage your files, which I'm not a big fan of using. I prefer to see the files in their associated folders, but that's just my preference. The app interface isn't a problem or difficult to use, I just feel like it's an unnecessary step if you can manage the files directly. Also the form factor is different from traditional flash drives which makes it difficult to store in a case with other drives. Overall, it does what I bought it for without issue.

Exactly what we needed to clear random stuff from our iPhone so it would backup to iCloud. Had too much clutter on the phone, so now have a great safe storage spot and the iPhone works as it should.

Perfect for travel and having an alternated device for carrying large files. I wanted something that I could physically use for all IOS and MacOS devices while traveling internationally.

Used that drive for iphone backup - works amazing. Easy to use, transfer of data between iphone and a computer is easy. It’s also a great external storage for iphones

My IPhone was out of memory!!! Eeeeek! We have all been there... Took the device installed app as instructed and transferred my iPhone data. At first I thought my data did not move. Powered down IPhone and Powered it up and it had tons of free space again...

Great storage and easy to use and install, only thing I don’t like it how it sets with the curve. They should have made it a straight flash drive. Other than that it’s perfect!

Units works great. A bit slow...as expected. The design could of been better. Pain to connect in and out. Very durable. Software could add a few additional key features. I noticed the new units are more plug in friendly...

We had 1400 videos and pics of the kids on an iPhone and needed space to take more. This little gadget did the trick! Stored them all no problem and transferred them to a hard drive on the laptop. No more missing photo ops because of STORAGE FULL!

Love this product, Simple to use. All my photos in one place. Just plug in , download app, and download photos. You can choose which photos you want or you can automatically download each time you plug device on phone with no duplicates.

Pretty handy. I just wish you’re able to transfer to the iPhone from the usb. You can only transfer from usb to iphone other than that. Good product definitely recommended.

I plugged it in, downloaded the app and was on my way downloading pictures. My iPhone was full and could not take any more pictures. With this I copied them to the stick and then transferred them to both my computer and my nas storage.

Very easy to use. Automatically finds the app for you to download.
