iPad lightning flash drive needs an app

That is no problem for regular individual but it is another app that must be on your ipad. Once you get the app it works in downloading your photos you have in the cloud and on your iPad. It works! If you have a company iPad that prevents you from loading up apps then this is useless for you. It is not a plug and go.
