Easy to use, hard to hold onto

However, with the only charging port occupied with this device, there is no way to charge the device. Removing the device makes is simple enough, but we dropped and lost it the very first day because of its small size and no way to secure it to anything. Luckily, it was found and returned. We will be extra vigilant in the future, but a keychain loop would be a nice feature.
