Good way to save space on Apple device

I only have 32 gig of storage on my iPad and was constantly running out of room. I ended up also putting my entire photo library on it also. Now I'm nowhere near out of space on my iPad. The reason for four stars is the iExpand Drive app. It's not very easy to understand and the movie player is a little glitchy. Other than that it's a good product.
