I purchased the SanDisk - iXpand 64GB USB 2.0/Lightning Flash Drive as a quick solution for transferring my iPhone photos to a storage drive to free up space on my iPhone. This device is amazing!! I can quickly transfer my photos to my laptop or desktop or even share them with other family members to put on their iPhone without having to go thru iTunes (which I find rather complicated). I LOVE this device!!

This flash drive is a nice option for storing photos and transferring them between your iOS devises and computers. It is a little pricey compared to the models that work on Android devices; That would be my only complaint. Although I don't use it that much, it is handy and is good for freeing up space on your iOS device. I was hesitant to purchase, i was concerned about the durability, but it is pretty sturdy and i don't think i will have any issues with it.

As an owner of multiple Apple portable devices, the idea of being able to increase the memory as needed like most Android devices seemed like an excellent idea. Unfortunately, the end result is nowhere near as close. You can store items on this device to share with all of your Apple devices, but you have to use the SanDisk app which treats the device as an external drive. While it works in the end it all feels clunky and not very Apple like.

This device is so easy to use, just plug in and it does it all. I was able to save all my photos and videos from my phone and iPad on one device. It allows you to create folders and easily organize everything. It's so simple and the best thing is it works with multiple devices, I have everything backed up and transferred without any issues!!! Awesome!!!

This is a necessary accessory for non-cloud users. Backup-up of photos to local storage great. The setup is not clear and choices to be made are not defined. The copying is slow and had to be done three times because of unclear choices. Still, it works!

I cannot praise this little powerhouse of a file transfer flash drive. What took the industry so long to come up with such a simple idea? Now I don't have to pay Apple for more storage on a new phone. I USE THIS! I am a photographer so I take on average 500 photos a week. My phone storage and photo management was a nightmare! This is Simple and easy set up and voila it even asks you if you want to delete after transfer to make room on your iphone. It also synchronizes, so if you forgot to delete and repeat download... it does not duplicate all your files/photos.

Great little device to offload movies and photos while on a trip! No more need to haul a laptop or other drive along...this fits in your pocket or bag easily! Just remember to charge it!

As excited as I was to get this, it has not been easy to use. I am not tech savvy so instructions would have been helpful. Had to use computer to format it then use it on the iPhone, still not sure I have done everything right. Makes me nervous since I'm saving grandsons videos since birth. But I do have them on computer, just looking for extra saving places.

I got this inorder to expand my phone's memory. It is awesome! You can load photos and movies and such on it rather than your phone. and the app that you have to download is very well designed. The only thing is that the plug does not fit into my lifeproof case. And the design of the lightening port is poorly thought out. It only pulls back away from the device enough to fit it into the phone port, which if you have a case the has a cover or flap over the lightning port then it won't fit. if it would have actually been on a hinge that would pull away from the actual unit it would have made it better, but i guess it would be more likely to break... If I didn't have to take my phone out of it's case it would be the perfect product!!

This little Device is great when you need to have extra storage for movies and music plus pictures for your Apple devices. It can expand your on board storage so you are free to load other items and still keeping you personal stuff close at hand.

Love using this,allows me to store music , video and picture content then watch it on my device without taking up space on my phone or iPad. Just download the Sandisk app,very easy to set up and use. My only complaint if I had to have one would be its size. Wish it were smaller. That's why I gave it 4 stars

I bought this hoping to use it to get my camera pictures ONTO my iPad. Didn't work for that, but it would be perfect for getting pictures off an Apple device to make room on the hard drive.

Need a simple and easy tool to store pictures and files off of my Iphone and this was the most economic solution that is not tied to just one phone.

Very easy install of app and easy to navigate and save photos and videos while being able to organize within folders as well

This is the third one I've purchased. One was a gift for a friend. These are so easy to use. Much easier than hooking your iPhone up to your computer. I use it when I go on vacation and take a lot of photos. You can delete photos on phone or not. Just plug into computer and drag to a folder without using iPhoto.

I got one of these which didn't work at all. Best Buy was very helpful and took it back no problem and sent me another that worked great. I have watched movies and brought documents with me I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. Great product.

The ability to have additional storage is great. However, I wish there was access to it with more apps. Like a music player that would allow you to shuffle, build playlist and so on. Or, open documents from Pages apps and so on.

This device worked exactly as the salesperson indicated. I was able to save the existing photos on my phone and download them while skiing on our vacation.
