So easy to use, just download the app on your phone/tablet and you're good to go. Very portable too. But....it doesn't provide a cover for the USB end? I suspect that other people use it like me - which is carrying it around in my pocket. This exposes the connections to debris (lint, keys, etc.), so it would have been better if they had a sheath that slid off. Would have given a 4.5 / 5 if I could.

I use this USB to move photos from my IPad. It is very easy to use. Once you download the SanDisk-IXpand app onto your phone or IPad, insert the USB and select the items you want to save on the USB. The can then be inserted into a computer. A great way to backup fast without having to use a computer.

I'd been waiting for a long time for something like this. My phone was almost full and getting ready for vacation. I needed something to put all my pics on. This saved my vacation. Was able to take hundreds of pics a day and transfer them to this sandisk and then delete them from my phone for more space. It truly made my vacation wonderful and now I have the pics to remember it by. Thanks so much Sandisk.

I have been waiting for a device like this. A very simple drive to dock with your phone (our family uses iPhones) - the simple menu let's you choose what to backup - then, using the USB interface, you can easily copy your selected items to your PC. A great product!

This is a great addition to copy and transfer data from an HP to iPad just have the same programs on both . The iPad ia a different operating system.

Good app, easy backup to copy your videos, pictures, music. Quick copy and equally quick transfer to PC. Only glitch is having to remove iPhone from protective case in some instances to get access to lightening port because of its curled physical configuration

Great flash drive- works excellent with iPhone- lots of storage

Very easy to use and the product works great. One of my favorite features is that it allows me to record videos of much greater length from my phone to this flash drive directly. My phone by itself would never allow that much data to be saved. And then it's so easy to copy the video file to my laptop. Good quality at a good price.

I love the idea and was hoping it to work as easy the actual iPhone it was meant for. However, there's some software issues. Sometimes the app would ask for the drive to be plugged in... although it was already plugged in. Weird. Also, when using the secure function to protect sensitive files, the process is too cumbersome. And even after the setup, accessing the secure files is not great. I actually had to figure it out by accident. Basically, I have to open the app, click on view files, click on the secure folder, and then go back out of the current screen to the main screen and click on copy files. After all of that, I would need to go back to view files and then see the secure folder. Way too much work. But I put up with it because I need a physical drive to connect to my Apple products.
