My issue is that if you have a large amount of files to download it kept freezing and I would have to start over again with the download. I have thousands of photos I was trying to transfer off my phone. I was never completely able to get them to download correctly. Maybe it was an error on my end maybe not.

When trying to film a video the indicator is that the video is being filmed but the screen is not moving so I have to go out of the application and then back in to get it working again. I'm not sure what the problem is but hope the app (software) is revised to correct these issues. There are other little quirks that are annoying also.

I got it home and found it was not usable here, I do not have access to a modem for internet, I access the internet by an ATT hotspot for my I Pad and my wife's LapTop which I bought for her from the same store does not have internet access at all. So it is worthless to me here, will have to check it out when I get back to my home in San Antonio, TX.
