The sales man was very helpful,,,he could see that i didn’t know how to use them. He took the time to choose the proper items I needed... The he explained exactly what to do. He was a great sales man. I’m very happy with my purchases.

Easily recognizable to back up to an external hard drive though a laptop or pc. Videos just take too long to save to the device from the phone.

Load the app and it backs up the iPhone takes all the files you want you can delete them afterwards just as easy. Free up space or just back up files videos. Cheaper than buying more cloud space.
