This device is a great way to deal with those times when you have run out of memory on your iPhone as well as when you need to transfer files to and from iOS devices and USB interfaces. I have four of them!!

This is a must have to transfer photos and movies from your iPhone. The process is very simple and fast. The only negative was the high cost, 64gb should not cost more than $30-40.

Great flash drive. Can be used with lightning and USB devices. Small and yet will carry a lot of songs, pictures, files, etc. And I bought it on sale. Always buy tech on sale.

This flash drive works great for backing up my iPad and iPhone. You have to download an app that helps manage your files, which I'm not a big fan of using. I prefer to see the files in their associated folders, but that's just my preference. The app interface isn't a problem or difficult to use, I just feel like it's an unnecessary step if you can manage the files directly. Also the form factor is different from traditional flash drives which makes it difficult to store in a case with other drives. Overall, it does what I bought it for without issue.

I am really pleased using this flash drive. It's really easy to setup and use. I am able to save memory space on my laptop by transferring images to this flash drive.

I use this to back up my photos. Nice and easy to use, just download the app to my phone. Can transfer the photos to the PC using the USB connection.

We all have photos and movies on our iPhones, or maybe iPads, and usually back these up with iCloud, or an Apple device. This Sandisk is great for 1).backup, 2).storage or 3).for sharing. I save photos and movies to this Sandisk and give the Sandisk drives to family and friends who only have computers. They insert the USB drive and can view or download the photos on the drive. It's a great way to share memories with people who don't have access to the tools that I have, and when printing photos is just too expensive. It's a great investment. Your memories are worth it!

I admit it I am no expert with my iPhone, and have had a number of disasters when it came to backing up. Losing almost a thousand Contacts is no laughing matter. The iXpand is a breath of fresh air as I was seriously considering changing, reluctantly, to the Samsung Galaxy purely for its ease of use in transferring content. All you have to do with iXpand is download the App and follow the simple instructions. I had over 4,000 photos and about 150 videos - the videos take alittle more time, but once you are into the photos the transfer is very quick. You can also backup your Contacts. I also like the fact that it shows you the photos, videos and a counter as each item transfers over. Once you plug the drive in to your phone and to your pc/laptop, your phone will also charge during the process (be sure to plug in your computer power chord too) and so avoids your phone/iPad's battery being drained during the transfer procedure. Once complete, you can view your backup as with any flash drive. Easy! I'm looking forward to printing out my photos, and it was nice to finally delete most of them from my iPhone. One little but important point for San Disk; it would be nice if they could design perhaps a slide cover to protect the end that goes into the phone. Perhaps insert a groove on either side of the casing, but just deep enough to hold the slide in place without interfering with the inner workings inside the casing. I wish too San Disk had one for my old iPad 3. Verdict? Buy it you'll be happy you did!
