Evidently I had too many pictures to backup. It backed up some but not all. Very frustrating since I am afraid to delete from my phone since it copied them randomly.

I even had a computer tech at work try to help. If it was easier to use then I would definitely reccomend it to a friend.

It did not automatically download software so I had to go to App Store to find it. Main reason I wanted this device was to back up the photos, but it’s like they are scrabbled on the backup. They aren’t grouped by date or anything else. In addition the flash drive software has assigned these crazy long file numbers that make no sense. Disappointed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.advertisement doesn't match the product. it was promised that flash drive transfers data as well beside the photos, what is not truth. you cant transfer simple things from Notes on the phone menu. photos taking forever to be transferred and you can choose transfer only 50 per transaction. batery is draining very quick and phone is getting very hot. customer service is everything but what it supposed to be. 45 US$ has been thrown into garbage... DONT GO FOR IT!!!

I was told that I could not download photos directly to my computer anymore for some reason. As it turned out the flash drive took so long for the download that only 20% of the pictures were downloaded before the battery died on my cell phone. I do not recommend this drive for this purpose and I did return it to the store.

Very difficult to use, bad design

However it fails for several reasons. Unfortunately the software is very buggy and the device almost impossible to use if your phone is in a case. The curve on the lightning end is very unwieldy and the USB port appears near impossible to fit into standard USB ports. I think there are better products that do the same thing.

When using app, it doesn't show all the photos on it when using with your phone or tablet. Copies photos. Helps free up storage but can be fussy to work with.

You have to load them into a program in order to play them. Now the most convenient thing. I would look for one of these types where you don't have to do this.
