I find there is very little document about how to download photos from an apple ipad to view it in a window PC. I thought this is one use of the product because it has one lightning connector and a USB connector on the other end。 Maybe I did not understand its purpose before I bought. My fault.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought one for my wife. had some difficulty trying to get it working and almost returned it. but as one of the ONLY options for I phone memory management, it served the function of saving off some photos etc. We have decided to abandon I phone and switch to Samsung Galaxy like the other 3 phones in the house. next upgrade. I would recommend IF they just cant switch to Galaxy phones

The flash drive I got by mail, is for a lighting port, so I can't currently use it. I will still be able to use the flash drive in the future on one on our iPhones or a new iPad. The service was good, but I should have asked more questions about the product.

Thought i would enjoy transferring and making room but it seriously is very slow!!! And sometimes says theres an error! This was on sale so I purchased but its my last!
