This device will only add your photos and and videos you create not your iTunes purchased movies to watch later on a road trip on your iPod or to move those iTunes movies to if you don't want them sitting on your device... Would love to return this device as I hoped it would allow me to add my iTunes movies to it.

Best Buy Apple Tech said I had two choices buy this sandisk usb drive to unload pictures OR buy a new iphone for $700. Opted for the sandisk only to find I have to add the app on my phone, register, just to use the usb device. It didn't work. Instructions say 3 EASY STEPS. No further support.

When I finally did get the phone to detect the drive, the app began the process of detecting images. After about 1.5 hours of this process I tried to stop the app and start over, but it locked up. I returned the product the next day.

I was able to load the app from the App Store which was supposed to allow the transfer of photos but no matter if I click just 1 pic or several, nothing transfers. My phone is an iphone7plus. I was totally looking forward to freeing up space but alas it isn’t happening.

WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I used it once to back up my pictures and couldn't get it to work after that. Files were stuck in the drive. Cannot delete and format. Called customer service at Sandisk and they wanted me to return drive but I didn't want to as it had files in it that are confidential. Returned it to Best Buy who also was not able to delete files.
