This is simple to start. Probably could get to be complicated if you don't label dates for custom folders and each backup batch. I was able to get my GoPro photos and videos and Quik movies off the computer and Apple IOS Photos phone storage to make room on each. Seems pretty straightforward without much customization. Can also backup contacts, etc. if desired.

Super useful tool especially if iPhone is getting full and don't have cloud backup. I use this to transfer photos to my PC without needing to plug in or use another software. This is more than enough GB space. Look out though, it's quite easy to misplace being very small.

I am so glad that I was able to have this product sent to my house and as soon as I got it, I started downloading photos for a scrapbook for my daughter and her soon to be husband. So grateful that there are devices like this out there!

I wanted to love it and it seemed like a blessing to my issue with too many pictures on my phone and not enough storage... the only problem is I find that I keep getting locked out of the program when I try to click on too many pictures at once. It is so frustrating. I have 6000 pictures to transfer and backup but I can't get passed 50/100. Everytime I click on a few pictures to transfer, it starts to transfer a few, and then "BAM!" .... kicked out and I have to start all over. I do not want to give it a bad review- maybe it is my internet or something I am doing wrong? It seems like such a good product and a total blessing - so I will keep trying. I really want it to work so bad! I wish there was a way to transfer all my photos somewhere!

It was easy to use and quickly offloaded the pictures from my IPhone.

A nifty little gadget to help manage photo storage on my iPad and cell phone. The idea of this is great, but I can’t get it to work every time. It doesn’t come with a hard copy manual but you can look it up online. It’s just inconvenient when you’re trying to use it.

It is the Perfect size and I love the quick start.
