Sucks the battery dry fast even at full charge. The software is the biggest complaint because it doesn’t allow for me save the acrobat files I downloaded or scanned to the phone. My other backup device allowed this. I also find the software confusing and not straight forward.

I tried several types bot both my phones. I phone and android. Neither actually helps in my storage needs.

Loads through an app that is not really convenient. Frequently has errors if you are loading a lot of pictures and have to start over.
