Anything is better than having to go through iTunes. Still need to find a program to change format of the data on a desktop to view pictures.

Broken drive

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It broke within a month and it just didn’t want to do the backup and when I tired to get it replaced/refund they told me no and left this is why I don’t buy from Best Buy anymore for anything when they can’t even stand behind the product or offer a simple 30 money guarantee or replacement

Sometimes the phone would recognize it, usually it wouldn’t. Online suggested updating it on my desktop. It updated to some new software but minimal info was given on the website. Still doesn’t connect or let me download pictures to it. Waste of money.

I am reluctant to plug anything into one of my devices with no guidance.

It doesn’t put them in a chronological order when they are transferred was the only issue I had. Videos were more glitchy in the transfer process.
