It did not work either, on two different phones. Will never buy anything from this company. This was supposed to be easy. Days and hours later I'm still stuck.

100 % Junk and Totally Useless

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a 128 GB and a 256 GB with high hopes of using them to copy photos from my iPhone just before a trip. Bad decision! IXpand app is very poor, crashes all the time and cant copy videos to the usb drive (I didn’t try photos). I need to connect my phone to PC to transfer the old fashioned way using a special software. Idiots at Apple make it impossible to move photos and videos!
