This flash drive includes a USB 3.0 connector on the opposite end making the transfer easy.

Where I found it to a challenge meaning it would not backup the device is when the files were located in the Cloud. If the files a local to the device, no problem, except if the files are attached to a text message or other item. The speed is fast though.
