Thought to good to be true - and I was right

When I tried again later, the flashdrive was loose inside the phone port and I could not get it to connect ever again. Love the idea and wish it worked.

Terrible, not worth it, just buy cloud storage.

The app looks like it was made in 08’ and the idea that you need to have the app open the entire time it transfers everything over is so dumb. Like even if the screen times out the app will crash. If you charge your phone while using no screen time out that’s probably the only option, but you can’t leave the app and it just has to sit there, maybe take a nap to pass the time?

Sandisk is now part of Western Digital and their support site is designed to get you to give up because the time spent trying to initiate a claim is more valuable than the product. We finally got an RMA and returned it. We've heard nothing, so I went on their website, and the warranty section has been down for maintenance for at least a week. It indicates there is no way to track or start a warranty claim at this time. Ive been a loyal sandisk customer for many years. Not anymore.

Even The Geek Squad couldn't get it to work!

Best Buy refused to replace the item which they can clearly see was purchased from them. Do not buy and if you must DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY!
