Somehow hackers obtained the product, installed appli in my iPhone and saved 2 items which I cannot see

Bad decision! IXpand app is very poor, crashes all the time and cant copy videos to the usb drive (I didn’t try photos). I need to connect my phone to PC to transfer the old fashioned way using a special software. Idiots at Apple make it impossible to move photos and videos!
